The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law “To amend the Land Code of Ukraine regarding acquisition of title to land”

The law amends the Land Code of Ukraine to specify and extend the rage of persons able to acquire title to land plots from the land of state and communal ownership.
Particularly, the document stipulates that "foreign enterprises, enterprises whose statutory capital include foreign investments (joint enterprises, enterprises with foreign investments); legal entities established under the legislation of foreign states; foreign states; as well as international governmental and non-governmental organizations can, in the order established by the Land Code of Ukraine for legal entities (established under the legislation of foreign states), acquire title to land plots of non-agricultural land".
The respective bill was registered under No. 11128.
