The Verkhovna Rada adopted the Law “To amend the laws "On architectural activities" and "On licensing particular types of economic operations" (re licensing economic operations in the sphere of construction)

The law improves state regulation in the sphere of urban development. The law specifies that licensing is applicable only "to the economic operations connected with the construction of an architectural objects of to ІV V categories of complexity and (or) engineering equipment of ІV V categories of complexity. The Cabinet of Ministers shall set the licensing procedure and establish the fee for the issue of a license or its copy".
The respective bill was registered under No. 10131.
