The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law “To amend several legislative acts (re deregulation of economic activity of land surveying and land appraisal)”

The main aim of the law is to create legal possibilities for performance of tasks set by the National Action Plan for 2012 to deregulate economic activity in the spheres of land surveying and land appraisal and cancel licensing of economic activity in the abovementioned spheres with introduction of a new and more liberal model of state regulation on the basis of certification.
The respective bill was registered under No. 11131.
