The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law “To amend several legislative acts of Ukraine regarding declaration of property, expenses and obligations of financial character”

The legislative act is aimed at eliminating contradictions in the texts of laws “On Elections of the President of Ukraine”, “On the Court System and the Status of Judges”, and “On the Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea” in connection with adoption of the Law “To Amend Several Legislative Acts of Ukraine in Connection with Adoption of the Law of Ukraine ‘On Principles of Prevention and Fighting Corruption’” on May 17, 2012.
The respective bill was registered under No. 11262.
