The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted as a basis the bill to amend several legislative acts of Ukraine on regulation of town planning

The bill suggests shortening the terms for receiving town planning conditions and restriction of land plot development stipulating that the period of receiving such documents shall not exceed seven working days; preserving the right to perform preparatory and construction works in case the commissioner of contractor changes without re-legalization of permits and other documents; regulating the issues connected with decision-making in regard to development, approval or amendment of detailed plans of territories outside populated areas, issue of town-planning conditions and restrictions for such construction.
The respective changes shall be made to several legislative acts of Ukraine on regulation of town-planning.
