The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law “To amend several legislative acts of Ukraine regarding cancellation of declaration of conformance registration”

The legislative act amends the laws “On Confirmation of Conformance”, “On Consumer Rights Protection”, and “On the Standards, Technical Regulations and Conformance Assessment Procedures” which cancel the mandatory registration of the declaration of conformance at the central executive body in the sphere of technical regulation by the producer (supplier) of products.
The respective bill was registered under No. 11242.
