The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law “To Amend the Law of Ukraine ‘On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2012’”

The law stipulates that the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine shall provide funds to municipal enterprise “Dnipropetrovskyi Metropoliten” of the Dnipropetrovsk City Council (at the cost of the credit taken by the state from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development for implementation of the project “Finishing construction of underground in Dnipropetrovks”) on a non-refundable basis. However, Dnipropetrovsk City Council shall reimburse the expenses from the state budget for servicing such credit and make payments to the state budget for provision of credit funds.
