The bill (Reg.No.10292) suggests by amending the laws "On Organization of Formation and Circulation of Credit Histories" and "On State Tax Service of Ukraine":
determine at legislative level the function of the State Tax Administration of Ukraine to provide Bureau of Credit Histories with information from the State Register of natural persons taxpayers;
provide for the creation of the State Register of Credit History and to define the powers of the National Committee, that performs state regulation in the sphere of the financial service market;
define the status of persons, who have the right to demand under the credit transaction as the users of Bureau of Credit Histories who provide and have the right to get information given in the Credit history;
specify information included in the Credit history.
