The bill (Reg. No. 9625) introduces the system of professional qualifications which covers the levels of professional qualification and the types of secondary, vocational, higher, postgraduate, non-formal, informal, and lifelong education.
The bill provides terminological definition of certain terms: “professional standard”, “regulated profession”, etc.
The document suggests determining the principles of construction and purpose of the system of professional qualifications of Ukraine.
The bill stipulates establishing sectoral (intersectoral) councils on qualification development and professional skills development strategy; development of professional standard (standards); systematic description of current and arising (new) qualifications, etc.
