The bill specifies the powers of the National Commission Regulating the Sphere of Utility Services in the area of tariff formation and approval of investment programs for heating supply, and centralized water supply and water disposal companies.
The bill amends the laws “On State Regulation in the Sphere of Utility Services”, “On Heating Supply” and “On Drinking Water and Drinking Water Supply”
The respective bill was registered under No. 10368.
