The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law “To Ratify the Agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany on Financial Cooperation (appropriations in 2006 and 2007), project “To Increase Efficiency of Electric Power Supply (substation modernization)”

The Agreement presupposes that Ukraine shall receive financing necessary for implementation of the Project “To Increase Efficiency of Electric Power Supply (substation modernization)”.
The project includes modernization of five substations of Dnipro and Donbas energy systems.
Loan funds shall be repaid at the cost of the State Enterprise “National Enegry Company ‘Ukrenerho’”, which is the direct performer of the project.
The respective bill was registered under No. 0274.
