The Committee on Industrial and Regulatory Policy and Entrepreneurship recommends that the Parliament should adopt in the second reading and in entirety the draft law "To amend several legislative acts of Ukraine in the part of cancellation of requirements for compulsory provision of paper statements, statements from the unified State Register of legal entities and individuals-entrepreneurs"

The bill (Reg.No.11002) suggests excluding from several laws of Ukraine the norm regarding mandatory provision of paper statements, statements from the unified State Register of legal entities and individuals-entrepreneurs to state authorities, courts and notaries. The bill aims at simplifying the procedure of economic management by business entities and meeting the needs of state authorities in receiving information from unified State Register of legal entities and individuals-entrepreneurs through the Internet. The document provides a list of laws to be amended.

 

The implementation of the provisions of the bill will allow reduce the cost loading and meet the needs of state authorities in receiving information from unified State Register of legal entities and individuals-entrepreneurs.
