The bill (Reg. No.11067) amends the Law "On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2012" in the part determining expenses for the National Commission regulating financial services under the budgetary program 5501010 "Administration and management in the sphere of financial services regulation" in the amount of UAH 5,693 thousand to settle loan debts.
The Committee paid attention to the expert conclusion of the Central Scientific Experts Office of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Secretariat, which states that the bill can be adopted as a basis with consideration of certain remarks and respective conclusions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine by the results of consideration in the first reading.
The Committee resolved to recommend that the Verkhovna Rada should adopt the bill as a basis and in entirety as a result of consideration in the first reading.
