The Committee on Justice recommends that the Parliament should adopt as a basis the bill to amend article 98 of the Law "On Court System and the Status of Judges" (re operation of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine)

The bill (Reg. No. 11115) is aimed at specification of the tasks of the Secretariat of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine at legislative level and granting its staff the status of public officials.

 

People?s deputies believe that the changes introduced by the bill that determine the tasks of the secretariat and the status of its employees would give legal guarantees of effective work of the secretariat.
