The Committee on Construction, Urban Development, Housing and Communal Services and Regional Policy recommends that the Verkhovna Rada should adopt in the second reading and in entirety the bill on main principles of implementation and operation of the Single System of State Monitoring of Production, Supply, Transportation, Consumption, and Payment for fuel and power resources and utility services

The bill (Reg. No. 9572) suggests comprehensive regulation of legal relations that will arise in the process of implementation and operation of the Single System of State Monitoring (SSSM), production, supply, transportation, consumption and payment for fuel and power resources and utility services.

 

While scrutinizing the bill for the second reading 27 amendments were received, 22 of which were fully or partially taken into consideration and 5 are suggested to be rejected.

 

Members of the Committee supported the idea of the people?s deputy Yu.Karmazin to introduce SSSM throughout the whole territory of Ukraine.

 

People?s deputies took into consideration suggestions of the people?s deputies of Ukraine Yu.Karmazin and I.Sharov.
