The Organized Crime Control and Anti-Corruption Committee recommends that the Parliament should adopt as a basis the bill to amend the Law "On Preventing and Combating Corruption" and the Rules of Procedure of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and to amend the Law "On Fight against Terrorism"

The bill to amend the Law "On Preventing and Combating Corruption" and the Rules of Procedure of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine (Reg.No.10718) aims at refining several provisions of basic anti-corruption law as well as amending part one article 93 of the Rules of Procedure of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.

 

 The Law "On Preventing and Combating Corruption" suggests amending articles 1, 4, 5, 7, 9, 11, 12, 14, 22 as well as declaration on property, income, expenses and financial obligations.

 

Amendments of part one article 93 of the Rules of Procedure of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine stipulate mandatory forward of each registered in the Secretariat of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine bill to the respective Committee to check its correspondence to the requirements of anti-corruption legislation.
