The Chairman of the Verkhovna Rad of Ukraine Volodymyr Lytvyn believes that amendments to the "language" law will depend on the results of the parliamentary elections.

Answering the journalists? questions on Monday, V.Lytvyn reminded that the working group has worked upon the amendments to the "language" law and "even the authors of the law suggested amendments to the law".

At the same time, he believes that is hardly possible that the law will be amended in the nearest future due to the parliamentary elections. According to the Chairman of the Parliament, the adoption of any decisions regarding the abovementioned law will depend on the constituency of the next Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
