The bill (Reg.No.10225) suggests granting an exemption from levy for commercial activities and activities for providing paid services to feldsher, medical, rural district hospitals, outpatient clinics, and ambulatories of general practice (family medicine) situated in rural areas where there are no drag stores.

The Committee members expressed several remarks to the bill. According to them, privileges granted to private drag stores will put in unequal conditions similar pharmacies located in cities, and not exempt from paying the fee.
