The bill (Reg. No. 11222) is aimed at ensuring timely and full payment to employees of state coal mining enterprises and creation of safe labor conditions on these enterprises.
The Committee noted that provisions of the bill are balanced according to state budget indicators.
By results of consideration, the Committee resolved to recommend that the Verkhovna Rada should adopt the bill as a basis and in entirety with consideration of Committee?s proposals.
