The provisions of the Agreement stipulates establishing a unified strategy and adopting an integrated joint measures of legal, social, economic, etc. character to protect victims of human trafficking and maintain their rehabilitation, etc.
It was stressed that according to the Agreement, the parties adhering to their legislation and international agreements exercise cooperation through their competent bodies to prevent, reveal, terminate and solve crimes connected with human trafficking; they are also involved in protecting victims of human trafficking, especially women and children, and maintaining their rehabilitation.
The Agreement specifies also areas and forms of cooperation.
