The Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Volodymyr Lytvyn is convinced that the State Budget for 2013 will be adopted by the Parliament of this cadence within the timeframe presupposed by the legislation.
Answering the journalists? questions in Zhytomyr on Saturday, he reminded that the Parliament will be working. In particular, there will be two plenary weeks in November. He said that the State Budget will be adopted during this period.
"I strongly believe that the budget will be adopted by December 1 this year," he said. "I hope and believe that this will be the budget of development and that it will be better than the one I returned to the Cabinet of Ministers."
