The Committee on Economic Policy recommends that the Parliament should adopt as a basis the bill to amend the Law “On State Procurement” (re change of competition conditions)

The bill (Reg. No. 11100) amends part 2 of article 16 of the Law “On State Procurement” and proposes determining new temporary qualifying criteria for tender participants by December 31, 2015.

 

Members of the Committee noted that the necessity to adopt the bill are caused by the need to further improve the legislation in the sphere of state procurement, in particular, in the part of supporting domestic producer during the procedure of state procurement.
