The bill (Reg. No. 10516) introduces licensing of mediation services in family creation and acquaintances (amendments to article 9 of the Law "On Licensing of Certain Business Activities»), extends the tasks on prevention of human trafficking, determines administrative responsibility for activity connected with mediation services in family creation and acquaintances without a license, as well as for violation of license terms for such activity.
Members of the Committee said that the bill extends the list of economic activities subject to licensing, which does not correspond to the requirements of the Program of Economic Reforms for 2010-2014 "Wealthy society, competitive economy, effective state," approved by the Decree of the President of Ukraine of March 12, 2012. In addition, amendment of the Code of Administrative Violations of Ukraine would presuppose that violation of conduction of economic activity connected with mediation services in family creation and acquaintances entails a more strict responsibility than violations in other spheres of economic activity.
