Volodymyr Lytvyn, the Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, sent the Telegrams of Condolence to Valentyna Matviyenko, the Chairman of the Council of Federation of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, and Serhiy Naryshkin, the Chairman of the State Duma, on the Tragic Death of the Russian Pilgrims in the Car Accident in Chernihiv region.

"With profound sorrow did the Ukrainian parliament members accept the tragic news concerning death of the Russian pilgrims in the car accident in Chernihiv region.

On behalf of the people?s deputies of Ukraine, I convey sincere condolences to the bereaved families and I wish rapid recovery to the injured," the telegram read.
