The Committee on Economic Policy recommends that the Parliament should adopt in the second reading the bill to amend several legislative acts of Ukraine regarding terms of delivery

The bill (Reg. No. 9602) grants economic agents of Ukraine the possibility to use in their contracts (agreements) on internal and external trade known international traditions, recommendations, rules of international bodies and organizations, as well as determine customs value of goods on the basis if homogenous and neutral systems of evaluation, including any version of Incoterms.

It was mentioned that the bill aims at creation of conditions for economic entities to determine terms of delivery for domestic and foreign trade on the basis of free expression using well-known international traditions, recommendations as well as rules of international bodies and organizations.
