Working group set up to adjust the bill "On administrative services" for the second reading held its meeting at the Committee on State Building and Local Self-Government on January 26, 2012, chaired by Vasyl Demchyshen, head of the subcommittee on state building.
The committee discussed definitions of the term "administrative services" and other terms used in article 1 of the bill. They also debated the scope of the law. It was said that the law should come into act when the exhaustive list of administrative services is presented.
The working group decided that specific proposals for the issues discussed should be submitted. The next meeting will be held on February 2, 2012.
