The bill (Reg. No.8709) sets legal and economic basis of nuclear fuel purchase at the expense of public funds.
Under the bill, subjects of nuclear fuel purchase are nuclear materials, new fuel elements and fuel assemblies for nuclear piles, absorbers, services connected with produce of new fuel assemblies (fuel conversion, fuel enrichment and fabrication) and treatment of new fuel elements and fuel assemblies (transportation, storage and recycling).
