The Committee on Judicial Policy recommends the Parliament to recommit the Bill "On Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine regarding Regulation of Administrative Services"

The primary purpose of the bill (Reg. No. 8671) "is to formalize particular administrative services provided by the Ministry of Justice, the State Registration Service, and structural subdivisions of territorial bodies of the Ministry of Justice which perform duties of the State Registration Service."

 

On December 9, 2012, the President of Ukraine issued a decree No.1085 "On Optimizing the System of Central Executive Authority Bodies" which envisages formation, reorganization and liquidation of ministries, other central bodies of executive power; adopts the scheme of their organization and cooperation; determines their priorities.

 

Therefore, the Ministry of Justice drafted the bill on legislative regulation of particular administrative services provided by the Ministry of Justice and the State Registration Service.

 

The committee members upheld the proposal of the Central Scientific Experts Office of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Secretariate to recommit the bill.
