The law increases expenses of the general fund of the state budget by UAH 1 056 million for the Ministry of Energy and Fuel Industry according to the budget programs "Reconstruction of Coal and Peat Extraction Industry", including redemption of the debt for consumed electricity for the sum UAH 541 thousand (by UAH 120 million) and "State Aid to Coal Mining Enterprises for the Partial Cover of Expenses from Prime Cost of Output Finished Coal Products" (by UAH 936 million).
