According to item 26 of part 1 of clause 85, item 9 of part 5 of clause 126, clause 149 of the Constitution of Ukraine, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine dismissed Pavlo Tkachuk from the office of judge of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine on the grounds of his letter of resignation.
