With deep sorrow did I receive the news concerning untimely death of Volodymyr Polokhalo.

 

A person who devoted his life to the service to fellow citizens and the Motherland has passed away. As a patriot, citizen, researcher, public figure, and true democrat, he consolidated humanistic values, the ideals of kindness, truth and justice. Volodymyr Polokhalo embodied the best traits of the state and business elite: honesty, self-devotion, adherence to principles, wisdom, kindness, and nobility.   

 

Our loss is irrecoverable, our sorrow is immeasurable.

 

We bow in deep respect and grief before the eternal memory of unforgettable Volodymyr Polokhalo.

 

His bright image will remain in our hearts forever.
