The Law sets organizational-legal principles of human trafficking counteraction, fundamentals of the state policy on human trafficking counteraction, authorities of executive power bodies, procedure of granting the status of a victim of human trafficking, and order of assistance to such individuals. The Code of Criminal Procedure of Ukraine, the Laws "On Immigration", "On Social Services" and "On Social Work with Families, Children and Youth" are amended.
The respective bill was registered under Reg. No.8469.
