The bill (Reg. No. 8764) strengthens financial support of economic entities subject to the applicable law, proposing legal and organizational actions to develop domestic agricultural machine building and support leasing operations related to the purchase of equipment.

The bill also establishes unlimited effect of particular forms of governmental promotion of the sectoral development.

The committee members informed that the applicable law strictly limits the ratio of domestic production in the cost of equipment, which considerably restricts capacities of the machine building enterprises in the mastering manufacture of modern agricultural equipment with the use of foreign-made hardware components, and reduces the chances of the agricultural producers to receive modern high-quality reliable equipment on preferential terms.
