Please accept my sincere greetings on the occasion of the occupational holiday.
It is not an exaggeration to state that machine-building industry is a basis of production and technical capacity of the state, since it is impossible to imagine any sphere of everyday life or any branch of industry without achievements of machine-building industry. At the same time it is a rapidly developing sphere of innovational activity.
Ukrainian scientists and engineers, and their persistent work accumulate achievements that are an essential instrument to evaluate the rate of scientific-technical progress in the state, intellectual capacity of the society, and perspectives of its development. Three are a lot of problems and obstacles on this way, but I hope that your intelligence and your hard work will create high-technology, advanced and competitive products to sweep European and global markets.
