Volodymyr Lytvyn expects the parliament to decide upon placing the bill on decriminalization of economic crimes on agenda by October 5, 2011. The Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada made this statement during his working visit to Zhytomyr region on Friday.
V. Lytvyn stated that several bills on this issue by the President of Ukraine and by the People´s Deputies had been registered in the parliament.
The Head of the Parliament announced that one of these bills is placed on the agenda of October 4-7. "Having analyzed the agenda for the next week, I suggested scrutinizing the presidential bill together with the said bill", Volodymyr Lytvyn informed.
"Further work on amendments and supplements to these bills will show interposition of forces concerning amendments in other legislative initiatives of People´s Deputies," he stated, adding that at the Conciliative Council on Monday he will suggest placing all the bills on this matter on the agenda.
