The Committee on Freedom of Speech and Information recommends the Parliament to adopt the Bill on Amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Public Morality"

The bill (Reg. No. 7132) presents a new version of the applicable law. The bill sets the principles of protection of public morality, and determines and content and guidelines of the state policy in this sphere.

 

The bill specifies the order of expert review of the production which might be qualified as such that damages public morality, and fixes responsibility for violating the laws of Ukraine on protection of public morality.
