The resolution recommends the Verkhovna Rada to facilitate scrutiny and adoption of the following bills aimed at support of a stable development of pharmaceutical industry:
on amendments to certain legislative acts on public health (re strengthening of control over the circulation of medicine, dietary means, functional food and dietary supplements);
on amendments to clause 9 of the Law "On Medicine" (re harmonization of the medicine registration order with the international standards);
on amendments to clause 17 of the Law of Ukraine "On Medical Drugs" (re support of pharmaceutical development of medical drugs and scientific research);
on amendments to the Law "On Fundamentals of the State Supervision (Control) in the Sphere of Economic Activity."
