The bill (Reg. No. 9048) streamlines the procedure of registering termination of a legal entity sole proprietor by introducing a filing principle of state registration.

People´s Deputy N.Korolevska stated, "Ideology of the suggested amendments is based on the fact that a sole proprietor who terminates business activity does not disappear as distinct from a legal entity, but remains liable for debts after the termination."

The bill amends cause 5 of the Law "On Administration and Registration of a Single Fee for the Compulsory State Social Insurance", whereby the Pension Fund of Ukraine deregisters individuals-sole proprietors from the register of payers of a single fee for the compulsory state social insurance only after the check-ups of the payer are held, the payments are verified, and final settlement of account is made.
