The bill (Reg. No.8359) presents a new version of clauses 30 and 32 of the Law "On Road Traffic" to cut down on the number of licensing documents and classes of work (services) subject to licensing.
Under the bill, "remodeling of transport means is performed under the order established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine."
