The bill (Reg. No.8569) amends the terminological base of the effective law by specifying the issues on advertising of medicines and baby food; improves the order of issuing a license on placement of outdoor advertising in townships and beyond their territories; specifies the duties of the state power bodies responsible for control over advertising.
The bill set out that outdoor advertising is advertising placed on advertising equipment - specialized temporary and stationary constructions located in open territory - and also on the outdoor surfaces of buildings, constructions, and elements of street furniture, above the traffic area of streets and roads, etc.
The bill regulates the order of licensing the placement of outdoor advertising in townships and grounds, cancellation of license, or denial in its issue.
