The Committee on Social Policy and Labour recommends the Verkhovna Rada to adopt the Bill "On Amendments to the Law "On Compulsory State Social Insurance in Relation to the Temporary Loss of Working Capacity and Expenses due to Burial" (re Preservation of Insurance Record of the Insured Persons on Leave for the Care of a Child under 3 Years of Age)

The bill (Reg. No. 8776) includes the period of leave for the care of a child under 3 years of age into the insurance record as a period a unified fee for which was paid on the basis of a minimum insurance fee.  

 

The committee members believe that the bill corrects the deficiencies of the applicable law to guarantee financial security of the insured persons.
