The primary goal of the bill (Reg. No.6480) is to arrange safe conditions for the road users, protect citizens´ life and health, and strengthen the discipline of the road users, by introducing penalties for the committed infringements, and supporting due implementation of the resolutions adopted in the administrative cases on traffic safety.
The bill authorizes the officers of the State Road Safety Inspectorate to take in custody the vehicle for the violation of parking rules and driving without a license.
