The primary purpose of the bill (Reg. No. 9056) is to streamline the procedure for the State Financial Inspectorate to acquire the information about the accountable enterprises, establishments, and institutions. The bill specifies the procedure of furnishing information from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and Sole Proprietors to the public authorities relative to the fulfillment of their legitimate duties. The bill states that the data can be transferred in an electronic form.

Committee chair Natalia Korolevska stressed that if the procedure for the State Financial Inspectorate to acquire the information from the Unified State Register is specified, an up-to-date network of enterprises, establishments, and institutions accountable to the State Financial Inspectorate can be created. Thus, a preliminary analysis of the dataset of the accountable enterprises might be performed.
