The committee members scrutinized the following bills and recommended the Parliament to adopt them in the second reading and in entirety:
on amendments to the Code of Civil Procedure of Ukraine" (re Securing a Claim by Confession and Implementation of Judgment of the Foreign Court) (Reg. No.6316);
on amendments to the Code of Administrative Legal Proceedings of Ukraine" (re Regulation of Withdrawal of an Appellate Appeal or a Cassation Appeal) (Reg. No.6120);
on amendments to several Legislative Acts of Ukraine (re Harmonization of Particular Provisions of the Applicable Legislation with the Resolution of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine No. 2-рп/2011 of 11.03.2011) (Reg.No.8246-2);
on the ultimate rate of recovery of expenses on legal assistance (Reg. No.8393).
The committee scrutinized expert opinions regarding the bill on amendments to several legislative acts of Ukraine regarding expert support of judicial proceedings in criminal cases (Reg. No.8084).
The committee has already scrutinized and recommended the Parliament to adopt the following bills as a basis:
on mediation (Reg. No.8137);
on amendments to several Legislative Acts of Ukraine regarding arrest of sea-going ships (Reg. No.8553);
on amendments to several Legislative Acts of Ukraine (re Improvement of several provisions of administrative legal proceedings) (Reg. No.8736).
The committee plans to scrutinize the bill on amendments to the Code of Ukraine on Economic Procedure (regarding prevention of delay in proceedings) (Reg. No.8706).
According to the schedule, the committee shall scrutinize the bill on amendments to the Law "On Justice and Status of a Judge" (re rights and obligations of a judge) (Reg. No.8710) .
The People´s Deputies will scrutinize the bill on amendments to several Laws of Ukraine regarding proceedings in mortgage cases (Reg. No.8513).
The Committee on Justice will also scrutinize the bill on amendments to the Law "On Constitutional Court of Ukraine" (re legal regulation of activity) (Reg. No.8514).
