Under the Law, the policy of promoting engineering of electrical power from alternative
sources is applied, provided since January 1, 2012 the relative weight of raw materials, materials, capital assets, works and services of Ukrainian origin in the cost of construction of a respective electrical power engineering facility, which produces electrical energy with the use of alternative energy sources, totals at least 15 per cent, since January 1, 2013 - 30 per cent, and since January 1, 2014 50 per cent.
