In the process of scrutiny in the first reading, the Committee shall discuss bills on land market introduced by Hryhorii Smitiukh (Reg. No9001) and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (Reg. No9001-1).
The Committee shall also prepare for the repeated scrutiny with the motions of the President of Ukraine Laws "On Amendments to Clause 151 of the Land Code of Ukraine regarding Simplification of the Procedure of Land Plots Allocation for the Use of Mineral Resources" and "On Amendments to the Land Code of Ukraine" (re Harmonization with the Code of Ukraine on Mineral Resources) (Reg. NoNo 8209 and 8238). The President expressed a number of motions regarding the first bill and recommended to reject the second document.
Pursuant to the Schedule of the Committee´s work, in September of the current year the People´s Deputies shall hold the committee´s hearings on issues of the development of the market of biological fuel in Ukraine; in November - visiting session: "Strengthening of the state control system for the quality and safety of food products constitutional requirement of food security of Ukraine."
