The legislative act amends the Law "On Support of Stable Functioning of Fuel and Energy Complex" to write off the debts of public enterprises and enterprises that were public as of January 1, 2011 for the payment for electric energy at the rate as of July 1, 2011 which have not been redeemed at the moment of enactment of the Law "On Amendments to Several Laws of Ukraine on Regulation of Debts for Electric Energy."
