The bill (Reg. No.7065) regulates relations between the licensing bodies and economic entities connected with the procedure of license issue under the applicable Law "On Licensing System in Economic Sector."
The following legislative acts are amended in the part of license issue: the Water Code of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine "On Pesticide and Agricultural Chemicals", the Laws "On Wastes", "On Fauna", "On Protection of Atmospheric Air", "On Flora", and "On the Red Book of Ukraine."
The bill envisages issue of licenses to the economic entities on both free-of-charge and paid basis. The licensing documents on the special use of flora and fauna are issued for a fee.
