The bill (Reg. No. 8474) amends the Land Code, the Civil Code and the Laws "On Association of Co-Owners of Multi-Storey Building" and "On Public Utility Services" to improve the procedure of establishment and activity of the association of co-owners of multi-storey building. The bill harmonizes terminology of the Law "On Association of Co-Owners of Multi-Storey Building" with civil laws. Thus, the term "general and indivisible property" is substituted with "common property"; the term "residential complex" with "multi-storey building"; the term "property holding" with "building management."
