The bill (Reg. No.8393) guarantees recovery of expenses on legal assistance in civil and administrative cases to the party who won the legal process and is not a subject of the executive authorities at the expense of the other party or at the expense of the state.
Expenditures are recovered at the expense of the State Budget of Ukraine within the expenses envisaged for the State Judicial Administration to hold legal proceedings in the general and local administrative courts.
